To be fair the order I had delivered to the store was fine, I have no problem with the goods or the delivery, the customer service in the store needs attention though! Well stocked shop for toiletries, and cosmetics, but this time They didn't have what I wanted, only the bigger stores as in retail centres stocked it, but other than that its conveniently accessible in Chorley
