Yesterday and today I visited your store to pick up some stones for garden. I walk with a stick and therefore needed assistance. Staff here are helpful. Shop is stocked and clean whenever I visit, and I always get what I went in for. They also have good deals on most of the time.

Bought 3 x 5L of mixed paint. Looked awful when I opened it, nothing like the swatch (which wasn't there fault I suppose) So I called the Chorley store and they just wasn't interested at all. So thats £140 down the drain and now the 3 for 2 offer has finished. They could have offered something, as a gesture of goodwill... read full comment
