Sat in the drive thru for 25min waiting for 2 coffees, slowest fast food outlet in Lancashire. 2 baristas on that are clearly out of there depth. Someone needs to get a grip off this place before it’s to late to live off its name.

Ordered 2 iced latte's. Can't believe after drinking one, I'm left with half a cup of ice. Spent £11 on 2 and a cookie. Not a good experience

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff are so rude, abrupt and lack basic customer service. Won't be bothering again - Costa on Buckshaw will get my business from now on.
