Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, fab place, wonderful cafe, brilliant unusual and different hides. We even took out membership?can't wait to go back

We always enjoy visiting this place. Have been members for many years. Took our children, now taking grandchildren. So much to see and do. It is a great place for children to get to see so many varieties of birds and animals and have the opportunity to feed them. The boat rides are great fun. A great place to visit, the place is quite pleasant to visit and the staff are really friendly too!
My downside would be, some areas need tidying up and a bit of tlc, I feel they are struggling for money a little which is a shame. Also the food is while good for adults, children food isn't the best and mostly cold... read full comment
