Brilliant choice of different arts and crafts books stationary. Got everything I need (and more) ? excellent customer service very friendly staff will go above and beyond to help. Overall great experience at The Works Burnley.

Today 07/11/23 me and my Mrs went into the works in Burnley we chose some books etc and went to the till to pay only to find no one at the tills waited and waited only to find the 2 workers a guy and girl having a smoke outside the front of the store they clearly saw us at the tills but made no effort to assist so we left... read full comment
