This place is a complete joke, I should have received a parcel last week and there's still no sign of it and we have had no normal post this week either. The sorting office only opens at stupid times. Get you act together.

Bloke that works there couldn’t care less. Rude to people and doesn’t ask for anyone’s ID when collecting mail. If you question anything he gets his back up and starts spewing abuse.

After a tedious succesion of keyed in choices you get through to an answering service which says that they are very busy (1100 on a Thursday morning) and the wait time is 20 minutes. Telephoning Burnley Sorting Office is a useless waste ot time.
