Absolutley horendous customer service!! The women at the counter are really nice and helpful. It is the man who is the pharmicist named “Zafar” who has digustingly poor customer service. yesterday he specifically asked me to come on time to five my flu jab as he has many people waiting and i came just in time only... read full comment

One of the best pharmacies around Burnley, staff have the best customer service around, wait time isn't too long, will always recommend this pharmacy

Have had to use this pharmacy, as I have relatives nearby and can only compliment the service. Several times they have helped out massively, in emergency situations the staff have been so nice and have gone the extra mile. The advice is always spot on and I've not had to see a doctor because of what they've advised
