HSBC as a whole - reducing opening hours and counter service so that you cannot access help or your own money. Deliberately making it difficult for those who actually want to bank. Replacing people with machines and making it so that if you want to draw out a large sum of your own money, you have to take a day off work...

Open on Internet details. Closed when you get there. Its great that a branch is open but given the area it now services people are travelling quite long distances to use it. A sign on the door is not adequate. The Internet opening hours should be updated
