Pharmacist made friend of mine who had suffered a stroke and a serious head injury several months previous feel bullied, belittled and victimized because they could not impart their name instantaneously. Staff rude don't deliver any more, and hardly any stock. All they do is chat to each other and don't help and there's a queue.
