What an absolute joke! Bought 2 laptops both very slow! They won't return it and I've been sat in store for an hour waiting for the laptops to be reset! Because I've opened them I can't send them back! Ridiculous

Received a message to tell me my order was ready to collect yesterday couldn't get there so was going to pick up today until I received another message saying my order has been cancelled ? and I have been refunded WOW !! Not even given 48 hours to collect shocking I'll be going somewhere else Thanks
