Went in there today at 4.25pm and was left for nearly 15 minutes without being acknowledged never mind served. By which time a queue had formed. I had to leave without being served due to someone coughing directly behind me, I have cancer so it wasn't worth waiting around. There was another 2 people in front of me.

Changed to Whitworths after having lots of problems with Lloyd's further up the road. At first the service was excellent, polite staff always willing to help. Now, you can be stood for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges your existence. A prescription collection is made to seem like you've asked for someone's right...
