What's the point in doing a n email to tell you to choose a delivery option when you clearly don't look at them!!!??? I've been expecting some parcels. Tracked it after several day and it say "delivered to a neighbour". The post man didn't even bother dropping a note to say which neighbour he dropped it with even though I was home throughout that day. I've asked my close neighbour and it's not with her.Don't know if I have to knock on... read full comment

Waiting in all day for a parcel and the delivery driver never knocked on my door. Had an email saying there was no answer, wouldn’t mind but he didn’t even bother knocking on the bloody door!!!!
