We have stayed these a few times over the years. It's in a good area for us and pretty close to the pleasure beach.

We were put in room 65, which absolutely stank of either damp/smoke or a combination of the two. The room is old, shabby, and needs overhauling.

Stayed for 1 night, the room was absolutely perfect. Spotless and everything was satisfactory. Zero noise & quite honestly my partner & I had the best sleep of our lives! The lady on reception was so friendly & welcoming. Oh & the shower! Omg I felt I was so exfoliated by the stream I swear I lost wrinkles!!
