Took forever to faff about the store trying to find jeans I wanted in a longer length as I was told there were some on the shop floor - there were not. Got told I'd get emailed a receipt and never got given a paper one.
Good job I checked same day as I'm not from the area and I didnt get one... yes I checked my junk mail.
Given I'd spent >£100 this is unacceptable.
