Absoulutely apalling customer service. I have reported the chemist to Healthwatch Lancashire. They are late sending out prescriptions and also send wrong medication which could prove to be fatal if you dont notice. The girls need to look after the customers more than standing around gossiping and chatting. And leaving people waiting. And then when someone who comes out of the back showing compassion and helping they need to stop staring at me. They are there to help customers not ignore customers to gossip about their hair totally... read full comment
