Order prescription Wednesday it gets approved Wednesday go in 5 working days later... to be told they need 5 working days... Queue of patients with similar issues... Same every 2 weeks! Then waste my time waiting for them to put pills in a box for 30 mins... while they stand talking, laughing and joking maily about un-work... read full comment

After a wet and miserable Saturday morning they shut the shop at 2 pm “sorry for any inconvenience “ people calling at the shop to collect prescriptions and having to turn away. What a Mickey Mouse way to run a business. Customer service Nil.
