Went in to collect deposit bags for my employer. Was left to wait over 20 while the lady went behind a door. Then came out with the bags. Then told she had to recheck. Another 30 mins later she came out with no explanation saying how was I supposed to deposit. She Rudely said the post office. The worst customer service...

Feel sorry for the few staff who try to keep on top of things.Branch has been constantly downgraded and now has NO ability for you to pay in coins !! I received apologies from the staff with the nearest "cash branch" being Preston !!The branch gets zero, the staff 5 for doing their best
