They seem to be in a hurry today, no care given when preparing the drinks. Worst flat white I’ve had in a while, not thick and strong as they usually are and no pattern.

Staff are brilliant. Price of food way too expensive, I just stick to a drink now. The owners have invested some finance lately but miss little touches like cushions on the high back chairs which I find too upright & uncomfortable. No WiFi as well.

Great staff. My poor rating is for the owners of this franchise! Don’t appear to care if fridges break so you can’t purchase food from it. When equipment breaks they leave it days before addressing.
