Entered the store with my wife to enquire about a watch adjustment on my wife’s Tag Heuer watch which was brand new and far too big.Ben greeted us as soon as we walked in, was more than happy to help and carried out the adjustment. i went in and first impressions were it smelt much better than expected no sewage smell hanging like a miasma in the air at all and it was reasonably well lit but not a lot inside most of the stock seems to be in the window theres hardly anything in the actual shop so difficult to browse unless you want to freeze to death...

We took an inherited watch to be looked at for more info, price etc and Simon was so very helpful, went above and beyond to get us all the info we needed, websites, pointed out a repair it needed and how much roughly this would be to fix. Absolute diamond geezer!
