I was waiting at the counter while the duty manager and cashier were in the back having a cigarette with the back door open loudly insulting me & other customers. I understand how difficult retail can be, but how hard is it to just not be mean?

Lovely staff and brilliant prices. Clothing priced at £1.99. I always pop in when in the area to see what's new (or "like new") in stock.
