Some lovely items but unfortunately the pricing is shocking ! The shelf labels don't match the items.. this isn't just 1 department but throughout the store.. this really needs addressing as ut isn't just inconvenient to your customers ut also holds up the que for payment as the cashier needs to go and check the price etc......

Took my son here today and walked out with a basket full of toys etc for £40 normally go Smyths and spend £100 plusWill be going again

The prices on the shelves are non existent. Makes it difficult to shop. Looks really scruffy and some aisles were blocked off by blue thin rope which you could barely see. The garden centre section looked like a dumping ground. Some areas unaccessible completely for pallets and piles of stock.
