I went here during a busy shopping trip and needed a coffee, the experience overall unpleasant. It was a very overwhelming atmosphere the staff seemed unhappy to serve us which made us feel unwelcome. We tried Miffin Break for the first time today and we where extremely pleased. The food and coffee is of excellent quality, service is very fast and the staff are courteous. We will definitely be back here again.

Staff are UNBEARABLY rude. Been a few times as we love the food, but have never had a good experience with the staff there. Such a shame.
