They do manage to make mistakes more often than not with my takeaway orders, last 2 trips I got a double 1/4 pounder that was just a 1/4 pounder, & a missing apple pie. but it's always very busy & it's probably down to the fact they seem overwhelmed/understaffed.

Quite a regular here but today not so good. Order took 15 minutes to appear on 'ready for collection' display but I wasn't verbally called, which they were doing for all orders as it was busy, so gave it another 5 minutes before enquiring.
