Was made to feel like a criminal with more questions than a police detective by the woman on the desk when withdrawing cash. 1 or 2 questions are fine, but asking 6-7 questions is ridiculous. Been waiting in the queue for 40 mins, plenty of staff around just floating whilst one lady serves who's trying to fix a broken cheque machine. Appalling system, I'd give it 0 stars if it was an option
