Not what I expected when I booked an old bike in for a silver service package, yes the frame had been wiped down but that was it, dirty tyres, seat, handlebars etc, it was advertised that the brake cables would be replaced which is what I expected on a 15 yr old bike, but I was told they hadn’t been done as it wasn’t...

I have had many, many attempts at getting a brake light changed for my mini convertible. It seemed to be the job that nobody could do, a few garages said it was fixed and I drove away with it still not working.
