Went in with my missus to buy an xbox.. there was a member of staff apparently named max behind the counter.. we asked if they possible had another controller as the one that was with the console wasn't in as good nick as described and he said no then gave us attitude, I confronted...

Went in to buy an Apple Watch got it home and turned it on and it was password locked had to travel 45 minutes back to get my money back even though I was told it was factory reset from the previous owner. These things need to be checked not even an apology from the staff.
