since when the service staff changed, I don't remember, maybe about 3 months ago, the service is below criticism, a few days of waiting for the prescription to be filled and an additional week of waiting for the notification that the medicines are waiting to be collected, in addition, they have reduced the working time...

While I do believe that the staff try their hardest, having to wait over a week for a prescription, then going in & being told 1 hour & then coming back time & time again for you to find the prescription is still not ready is just a bit much.

Awful service!Regular mistakes with prescriptions with incorrect amounts & drugs given. Attitude is awful although this seems to be a company issue rather than with the individual staff at this pharmacy. Now left without drugs despite ordering well in advance amd the indifference of the pharmacist is shocking. How the hell...
