I had an issue with the item/packaging upon opening, which I immediately raised, but it was handled brilliantly, so I would be more than happy to use again. Very quick and friendly customer services, who were very quick and also very apologetic.

Delivery was fine by Royal Mail. Love my walking sandals not properly tried them out yet but seem good quality comfy so far. Bought for upcoming holiday
