So went to take a pair of good quality boots for a refresh. Clean, new insoles etc. They don't do it....cobblers is all I have to say

Paid £30 for four keys to be cut yesterday, not one worked. Returned today asked for money back, no 'sorry about that,' girl couldn't remember doing them, poor customer service.

Timpson Accrington @ Asda is efficient and the gentleman who served my was friendly, polite and professional. My boots were heeled and look good. I would certainly use them again.
