Rude owner was on his phone the entire time and sent my parcel via the wrong service which is now causing major headaches and then threw my box into a pile rather than placing it with any level of care and respect, despite fragile being written on the box. Well, how rude is the small man that either owns it or works there, always on his phone when trying to serve customers speaking at the top of his voice, when I asked him to concentrate on customers and come of the phone he was not a happy man a completely utterly rude person, needless to say I will never cross the doorstep... read full comment
