Callum was rude. Blue light card wasn't working. Went to input it again and he said it wouldn't work so I asked to cancel order and would put through again but he said it takes ages to go through. His tone was very rude. I added it and it went on straight away. No offer of discount. Got order back to work the gravy ordered... read full comment

I ordered by Just eat, and was waiting for my order an hour and finally did not turn up at all , KFC Hyndburn did not answer the phone

When I was served today I was shocked by how quickly I received my food from when I ordered it. Under a minute! The place was clean and all surfaces wiped down. The chips, chicken and gravy where all piping hot and the staff where polite and lovely!
