Visited at 12.00 noon for a 'simple' lunch ... ordered poached eggs on toast & told the breakfast menu was finished, so was referred to the lunch menu. What could be easier than what I wanted, which had been available earlier ....

Second visit, first was a few years ago and much better then. Both times I have been sat upstairs but this time service was slow and we felt forgotten about. We had to ask or go and help ourselves to cutlery, glassware etc. Toilets on ground floor out do order. Might have better service if sat downstairs.
We popped in for lunch and we had the most amazing vegan and vegetarian burgers we’ve ever had. I had the The One That Got 'Bombay burger and if you’re vegan trust me you have to try this as it’s unreal! Honestly best vegan burger I’ve ever had. Well done. When we next visit Whitstable we’re coming straight here!
