When I paid £7 for a cappuccino and toast I was given 2 squares of butter which did not provide sufficient spread for the bread. I enquired about providing some extra butter and was brusquely informed that there would be an extra charge of 10 pence. Seriously, how much can they squeeze out of their customers. Very disapointing

This is a fantastic Costa, located on the high street in the small market town of West Malling, kent. awful service, women with short black hair is rude and just stood and spoke to her colleagues instead of serving me and my friend. neither did she ask the proper questions as simple as do i want coffee in my drink ect and ended up getting not what i wanted.
