Nice collection.Really amazing customer service. The chat was so quick and straightaway I wad through to a real person. I was looking for express delivery but hadn't been able to choose it at checkout - Matthew sorted it for me and even upgraded me for free!!! 10/10 great service!!

Like items but very unhelpful customer service, that’s twice in a couple of months from this outlet. What’s the point of having a shop if I have apply online for x2 aspects I went in for? Doesn’t help rationale of having a physical store, which is disappointing. #badforhighstreet
