Overall, a pleasant place. Security seems very good too. I was a visitor, so cannot say what it's like to live in one of the apartments.

Website is either wrong or they are just stealing money from the residence staying here. No 24 hours services I have called several times with no answer at different times of the day only to find out staff couldn't be bothered to show up or finish their shifts.
