Like previous reviewers I used to hate going to this business, the lady there was very strange. Pointing at scowling at people for not understanding her unsigned queuing system. I (like many others) were made to feel like school children, most of us look at least 40+ !!! One woman was so upset at how she was spoken to...

Was o.k until I dealt with a member of staff who said I had to go to the back of the queue because I was standing at the wrong side of their late opening door. She then explain their (her) magical but unpublished queuing system. Spoken to like a child. Not impressed.
