While it is often understaffed and gets very busy at times, it is quite the life save to have in the area. Opening hours are often varied due to a lack of trained staff, but that is out of One Stop's control due to the lack of staff in general.

Wasted three journeys where maps and post office website say open and then I'm told that they're closed. Very frustrating when I've made three separate journeys will avoid from now on.

Always closed and when I asked the lady about about it she was incredibly rude saying it was personal and it was more important than me sending my letters. Always rude when i go into the shop as well. Older lady with the glasses has a bad attitude.
