Went to change some account details on a saturday morning (the branch was very busy which says something about its popularity!) but I was seen to very quickly where I was directed to the customer service/banking counter. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily they were able to make the changes I needed...

Sadly I forgot to ask the name of the chap I spoke to today at the Tunbridge Wells branch but he was so very helpful and put me straight through to Susie at HQ who helped me above and beyond the call of duty... It is a five star rating from me. Thank you!

Great good old fashioned service in clean safe environment, staff are very helpful and go that bit extra to make life that bit easier, looking after there members ! a better service than some other high street banks. Ta all
