Awful. Just been spoken to so appallingly by a man on the phone, made me cry. I was enquiring about my prescription and it's like I had threatened his life or something, he was so horrible. Decided to use a local pharmacy rather than a nationwide delivery service. Oh my life - last time I will bother. Over officious service and charged me rather than accepting my word for an exemption, when the drug they've dispensed me is clearly one covered by an exemption. Won't be back.
