A nice little cafe and shop on the Pantiles. We popped in for a pit stop while shopping and loved the cakes - the citrus drizzle was probably the best drizzle cake I've ever had - so moist! Nice, friendly staff, and some interesting items to buy, like matches and cards.

Food and coffee is top notch however, this is my 2nd time trying Hattons and the service can be a little lousy. The 12.5 service charge isn’t justifiable really.
