I try to come on Saturday mornings. Always large queues and long waits. Usually just 2, often just 1 staff member, cooking, serving and doing phone orders. Who wants to wait 15 mins for a bacon sarnie :(

I'm not sure "atmosphere" is relevant to vote in, for a shop like Greggs. We just want to buy food. Anyway the food is Greggs food, so naturally it is good and at a good price. The service is standard, nothing to complain about regarding staff but they do seem understaffed a lot of the time, which can slow down getting...

Shocking. Food all over the floor around seating area. Not a single sandwich made at lunchtime. Shelves empty. I dont know how this place is running.
