Sell you a sofa at one price, then try and charge you £1200 more for the same sofa as they made a mistake !!! AND then dont respond to emails or phone calls! Shambles and terrible experience when you’re spending what is not a small amount of hard earned money!

Sold us a sofa and tried to charge us even more for the same sofa as they had 'made a mistake' . No real resolution provided , palmed off for weeks with no responses or callbacks . Appalling service !!! Would not recommend.
