Appalling. Terrible service, staff milling about not knowing what they are doing, no working as a team. Manager wanders around ignoring the customers no one has a clue ! Coffee boiling way too hot !! Worst Costa ever. I feel so sorry for the hospital stayers. Tunbridge wells trust sort out your franchises and get this one... read full comment

I am not a regular user of Costa and after today's experience I won't be hurrying back. I wanted a sandwich and a drink so chose my sandwich and queued. When I got to the till I was told I had to order and pay for everything from the self service machine. What is the point of having food on display for you to pick up... read full comment
