Went into the cafe at 10.30am and it was reasonably quiet with 3 staff on, but although some tables has been cleared the shelf along the window was littered with trays and take away cups. HYGIENE seriously lacking. The NY chef Anthony Bourdain said that before you eat anywhere, use the toilets. If they aren't clean, then the kitchen isn't, either.
