I presented one of the old style free drink cards at Cafe Nero at Royal Victoria Place, Tunbridge Wells, that had been fully stamped at the other Cafe Nero in the Pantiles for a free drink and the staff not only refused to honour it but confiscated it as if I was a naughty child trying to get something for nothing!!

Very pleasant for a quick bite before walking back up the hill to my car. Service was very quick.\\n\\nThey had pistachio and cherry lattes on the menu when I visited which was an interesting take on coffee. My pistachio latte tasted a bit like cherry, though... Oh well.

Staff memeber was still cheery and welcoming at 5 mins to close on boxing day..... That takes a special person!! Great hotchoc and a treat for my dog !!
