Massively overpriced when they quoted for our carpets - were over £1000 more expensive than other quotes.When I queried, they suddenly were able to drop their price....needless to say we didn't use them.

Very happy with the job BCB have just done for me, dealt with Kieron, Lewis and Simon, all very polite and efficient, carpet and flooring is great for the price, fitter turned up promptly on agreed date and finished on time - I would definitely use this company again.
