Barclays unfortunately are the only bank I’ve used that would not allow me to change my details since a change of name. This branch is waste of space it is occupying! Waited for 60 mins for a simple yes or no question but there isn’t anyone who cares! Total disappointment! Spent 2 times 30 minutes on the phone to ask my question, still nothing! Will be moving my accounts somewhere else!

Waiting for service in this branch is a joke. I only go into Barclays to get change for the shop i work in...change which is ordered first thing in the morning.
