Have been calling for hours and no one bothers to answer the phone… absolutely bloody useless. There’s no way that not one person in the post office or the Morrisons it’s situated hasn’t heard the phone ring, I’ve been calling not only the post off but the Morrisons as well to either have the phone hung up on...

Shocking experience! Specifically since the change to Morrisons. Needed to post a large parcel and they just would not accept it and offered no alternative. Effectively “go away”
