Said they could not collect but was in waiting r days then told take to parcel force Gillingham after I had paid collect now no tracking since 6th march waste time avoid parcel force

2nd time I have had item damaged in transport by parcel force despite clearly being marked as Fragile. The packages are clearly being dropped heavily as the boxes are damaged on arrival.

I am still yet to receive my parcel it's almost a month a 48 hours delivery. Worst delivery service ever this has made me very depressed all my life-earned certificates still not found. My worst nightmare
