Need to pick up an item from Argos, but the carpark here is pay and display. The only pick up point is around one side of the building. Can park for free for 30mins, but there's only enough space for two cars, so good luck in parking there just to quickly run into Argos.They should make a bigger pick up point for people... read full comment

Utterly useless. Ordered a new hoover online click and collect same day. Drove there and they don't have it in stock. Now they are processing a refund that's going to take 5 days. So now I'm out of pocket and no hoover. Complete waste of time, I'll never use argos again.

Dont give refunds for faulty items purchased under 24 hours returning with a receipt. Won't return my £150 the manager or argos named Charles and manger of sainsbury alongside 2 staff members of sainsbury just there to record me with there chest audio and video cameras all denying a refund, bad attitude staff, bad policies,... read full comment
